What is Branding and why is it important to my business?
Branding goes way beyond just a logo or graphic element. When you think about your brand, you really want to think about your entire customer experience…everything from your logo, your website, your social media experiences, the way you answer the phone, to the way your customers experience your staff. In short, your brand is the way your customer perceives you.
Why does it matter who designs my logo?
Because your brand identity—and by extension, your logo— is the visual face of your business to the public. People can’t help but form an impression of you based on what they see, and your logo is the most commonly used visual that represents you. Not only should it be well-executed technically, but it also needs to have the right vibe.Logos are high-visibility projects—they’re on every business card, sign, brochure, ad, website, package, menu, postcard, social media page, and pen you’ll ever produce. Your logo is always at work, 24/7, marketing your business and helping prospective customers form the correct impression of you. So you need a designer with the experience and skill to provide you with an outstanding result.
How can I be sure I'll like what you design?
At the start of your project, we’ll closely examine the answers you provided in your Brand Builder©, speak about your goals and establish a creative narrative. This will set parameters and guide the design process. Since you’re involved in setting those parameters, you can be confident your branding will be something you love.
We're not in the same city or country. Can we still work togther?
Absolutely. the majority of our clients are not local, so we’re adept at managing projects long distance. We’ll send proofs by email or text, we can talk on the phone, share our screens (or our faces) on Skype, FaceTime or Zoom, mail color swatches and samples, or any combination of those. If travel is required for any part of your Branding projcet, that will be something we establish at the onset of your project. No sweat!
How long does it take to complete a Branding project?
Depending on the number of deliverables involved, usually anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months.
We already have our Brand established. Can we hire you for a smaller project?
In short, yes! We’re a multi-service Branding studio, and are happy to tackle any smaller print projects, or any other projects that are in our wheelhouse.
